41 movements – named after the grand master, Suh Jang Kang, his second form.
Techniques:
- Double knife hand block to the left in a right back stance.
- Open into a front stance with a back punch.
- Stepping into a back stance, execute a high round house, setting the foot down in front.
- Execute a back kick, setting the foot down in front.
- Execute a single knife hand block.
- Remaining in the same back stance, execute a back punch to 45 degrees.
- (Repeat above 6 steps in other direction.) Step to the right into a double knife hand block in a left back stance.
- Open into a front stance with a back punch.
- Stepping into a back stance, execute a high round house, setting the foot down in front.
- Execute a back kick, setting the foot down in front.
- Execute a single knife hand block.
- Remaining in the same back stance, execute a back punch to 45 degrees.
- Step forward into a front stance toward the front of the room, execute a low block.
- In the same stance, execute a high block.
- In the same stance, execute a high punch.
- Step into a back stance, execute a high round house kick, setting the foot down in front.
- Step forward, execute a hook kick, setting the foot down in front.
- Step forward, execute a high round house kick, setting the foot down in front into a left back stance.
- In that same stance, execute an inner palm block followed quickly by a low block.
- In that same stance, execute a back punch to 45 degrees. Ki-hap.
- Turn around into a front stance, executing a front block.
- In the same stance, execute a back punch.
- Shift to a right back stance, execute a round house, setting the foot down in front.
- Execute a jump side kick with the right leg, bringing the kicking foot back to just behind the left foot.
- Execute a front side kick with the left leg, setting down into a back stance.
- Execute a round house, setting the foot down in front into a left back stance.
- In the same stance, execute a low block.
- In the same stance, execute a high block.
- In the same stance, execute a back punch to 45 degrees. Ki-hap.
- Double knife hand block to the left in a right back stance.
- Open into a front stance with a back punch.
- Stepping into a back stance, execute a high round house, setting the foot down in front.
- Execute a back kick, setting the foot down in front.

Hints:
- Some traditionally front stance blocks are executed in a back stance. To remember these, the blocks at the end of a line are all in the back stance. The blocks at the beginning of a line are in the front stance.
- Just like Suh Kang Il Hyung, the opening sequence is repeated in both directions and at the beginning and end of the form. A big difference, is that the forward and backward movements are different.
