1. Low block in a right front stance to the left.
2. Right back punch in the same stance.
3. Right front kick.
4. Stepping down in front. Back punch.
5. Front punch in the same stance.
6. Diro-dira. Low block in a left front stance to the right.
7. Right back punch in the same stance.
8. Left front kick.
9. Stepping down in front. Back punch.
10. Front punch in the same stance.
11. Inner palm block in a back stance on center.
12. Stepping off to the side with the front foot, twist into a back punch in a front stance.
13. Stepping back on center, round house to the front, setting the foot down in front.
14. Side kick to the front, pulling knee back in and holding.
15. Setting foot down to the front while performing a double knife hand block.
16. Stepping off to the side with the front foot, twist into a back punch in a front stance. (Ki-Hap)
17. Diro-dira. Inner palm block in a back stance on center.
18. Stepping off to the side with the front foot, twist into a back punch in a front stance.
19. Stepping back on center, round house to the back, setting the foot down.
20. Side kick to the back, pulling knee back in and holding.
