1. Turning west stepping into a front stance execute a left low block. Kihap.
2. Stepping forward with a front punch.
3. Turning clockwise into a front stance facing east execute a right low block.
4. Stepping forward with a front punch.
5. Turning counter-clockwise into a front stance facing north execute a left low block.
6. Stepping forward with a front punch.
7. Turning clockwise into a front stance facing south execute a right low block.
8. Stepping forward with a front punch.
9. Turning counter-clockwise into a back stance facing east execute a left inside palm block.
10. Stepping forward with a front punch.
11. Turning clockwise into a back stance facing west execute a right inside palm block.
12. Stepping forward with a front punch.
13. Turning counter-clockwise into a back stance facing south execute a left inside palm block.
14. Stepping forward with a front punch.
